Cancellation Policy

Shopping appointments are scheduled on a first come basis for you to receive personalized service. Shopping appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before appointment time. Shopping appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or not at all will only be rescheduled at our convenience. 2 or more cancellations will disqualify person from future ability to schedule private appointments.
